Laminated Veneer Lumber (VLV): The beams that will support the joists.
TJI: I-Truss. Instead of 2X10 inch lumber, these I beams are superior. They're lighter and stronger, plus they're straight--they don't warp. On top of them will be 3/4" tongue and groove plywood, glued and screwed to the TJIs. No squeaky floors!!!
